The kitchen is fully-equipped with all appliances. The dining room seats ten, or step through the French doors and dine al-fresco on the covered veranda in front of the sea. There are three bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms - one master with a king-size bed, one bedroom with two queen beds, and a third with a queen. All three with breathtaking views. The sofa has a pop-up double bed.

The landscaped grounds include a large fresh water swimming pool just steps from the beach. The tiled pool area is appointed with teak lounge chairs. The pier extends 350 feet into the sea, which makes a convenient pick up spot for water taxis and charters, or to slip in the water for an easy afternoon swim and snorkel.

We are located South of San Pedro, giving you easy access into town by bicycle (four provided), golf cart, taxi or water taxi. There is a restaurant and bar conveniently located a short walk up the beach.
