Our properties are divided into two areas of Ambergris Caye. South of San Pedro Town or North of San Pedro Town. All properties South are accessible by taxi, bicycle, golf cart, or walking. The properties to the North are separated from town by a natural cut in our island referred to as the Boca del Rio. The North end is connected by a toll bridge over the Boca del Rio that is open 24 hours a day. The North rental properties are accessible by sand road and/or by water taxi.
